How do I decide between the Synergy and Recovery Session?
Choose Recovery if the goal is primarily physical. Choose Synergy if the goal includes nervous system regulation, spiritual practice, rest, or broader mind-body work.
Why choose a package over a single session?
One session can bring relief. Eight creates continuity. The work gets to build instead of restarting each time, and the per-session rate drops.
Do you travel for home visits?
Yes. Home visits are available within the local area, and Riley brings everything needed for the session.
Do I need experience with yoga or meditation?
No. Sessions are designed around the client, not around prior experience.
What should I wear, and what should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in. Mats, bolsters, blankets, bowls, and cups are provided.
How do I book, and what is the cancellation policy?
Book through the booking page, or send a note through the inquiry form. Please give 24 hours notice to reschedule, otherwise the full price is charged.
What happens in a first session?
It starts with a short conversation about what you are working with — your body, your stress, your goal. Riley then builds the session around that, and closes with a few quiet minutes to let the work settle. Nothing is scripted in advance.
How long are sessions?
One-to-one Synergy sessions run 60 minutes. Recovery sessions run 45 minutes. The Nervous System Reset group session runs 90 minutes, every Saturday from 11am to 12:30pm.
Where do sessions happen?
At Infinity Delta or in your own home. Home and location visits carry a $50 charge within the local area.
